This is a handpainted copy of the Mug Vijay used in the MMS 2012 Day 1 Keynote. This mug has a picture of the Private Cloud on the front, and "I <3 MY MSFT" on the back.
This was handpainted by Johnette herself, and we don't make them until you order it. Which means that it takes a day to make, then 2-3 days to fire, and then shipped out.
